For our wedding we prepared most of the food ourselves, and to our surprise, friends still talk about the meal! This was one of the marinades that I used on the Lemoncroft beef we served. To help do some preparations ahead of time, I added my marinades to the frozen steak so that it soaked in those flavours as it thawed. With the help of some planning, great beef, and some great chefs on the barbeques, the guests all enjoyed some very tender and flavourful steaks that day. This recipes includes local Hallum honey for sweetness. You can use it on any type of steak, simply adjust your marinating time to suit the tenderness of the cut. The rule of thumb being that the more tender the cut, the less time it needs to marinade.
